We will then provide you with an RMA number, which you will need in order to return your item. Please note: Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted, so it’s important that you include the RMA number on your returned shipment.
All items must be returned in their original product packaging. Items that have been opened will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. And, since we inspect and test each item before we ship, we may issue only a partial refund for items that are returned with obvious signs of use or damage.
Damaged / Non-Working Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping or is non-operational for some reason, simply follow the procedure above, and we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the item. When returning an item, please package it carefully and securely, use a service that will provide a tracking number, and insure the package in order to cover any possible damage that may occur during return shipping. Please note that you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Refurbees will cover the cost of return shipping to you.
90 DAY WARRANTY
Refurbees warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:
Refurbees warrants this refurbished hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of NINETY (90) DAYS from the date of original retail purchase.
If a defect exists, and Refurbees is obligated under this warranty, at its option Refurbees will (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the product with a product that is functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. A replacement part has a ninety (90) day warranty from the date of repair. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Refurbees property. When a refund is given, your product becomes Refurbees property.
All products sold from Refurbees include a 90 Day Warranty. When you contact Refurbees you will be asked to furnish your name, address, telephone number, and proof of the original purchase (receipt) containing a description of the product(s) and the purchase date. You may initiate a warranty claim directly through the Refurbees website, or by speaking to one of our customer service representatives by calling 1-888-483-7434, M-F, 9AM-5PM, EST. It is your responsibility to keep a separate backup copy of the system software, application software and data, and disable any security passwords. You will be responsible for reinstalling all such software, data and passwords. Data recovery is not included in the warranty service and Reurbees is not responsible for data that may be lost or damaged during transit or a repair.
This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication (b) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone other than Refurbees technicians (c) to a product or a part that has been modified or (d) if the Microsoft Certificate of Authenticity has been removed or defaced.
Extended warranties may be purchased on the website, but must be made at the time of purchase.
