What does “factory refurbished” mean?
In general, refurbished products are products that wouldn’t otherwise be sold as new, for a variety of reasons. They may be corporate lease returns, have been used in field tests, used in sales displays at trade shows, or returned by a customer. As a result, refurbished products may come with minor blemishes. All refurbished products have been cleaned, quality checked and tested. Refurbished products are certified at our facility as fully operational. You will find that each item listed on our site includes the warranty we offer for that particular item. In the unlikely event an item does not have a warranty period listed on the product page, it will have a 90-day parts and labor warranty.
Return Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or exchange. Simply call us at (516) 887-1700 or send us an e-mail at returns@refurbees.com, and include the following information in your e-mail:
1) Your name and address
2) Your order number
3) Your original payment method
4) Your reason for the return
We will then provide you with an RMA number, which you will need in order to return your item. Please note: Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted, so it’s important that you include the RMA number on your returned shipment.
All items must be returned in their original product packaging. Items that have been opened will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Since we inspect and test every single item before we ship, we may issue a partial refund for items that are returned with obvious signs of use or damage.
Items are eligible for exchange within 90 days of receipt of purchase.
Damaged / Non-Working Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping or is non-operational, simply follow the procedure above and we will repair or replace the item, dependent upon the condition in which it is received when returned. You will receive a prepaid shipping label for this situation.
IMPORTANT: When returning an item, please insure it! If it becomes damaged in shipping and has not been insured, you will be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing the item in full.
