All of our laptops, desktops, monitors and accessories are backed by a 90-Day Warranty on Parts and Labor. If for any reason, other than accident or owner neglect, your purchased product is not functioning properly, we will repair or replace it. The steps needed to initiate the process are the same as those listed above for arranging a return for refund.

EXTEND YOUR WARRANTY
Every laptop and desktop that we sells comes with a 90 Day Warranty on Parts and Labor. Purchasing an Extended Warranty is an easy and very affordable way to protect your investment and give you peace of mind. Extended Warranties are available as an add-on option on each product detail page. Please note that accidental damage such as screen cracks due to dropping or water damage caused by spills are not covered. The Product Warranty covers mechanical failures on all functioning parts of the computer. Purchasing an Extended Warranty through product options is the preferred method. You may also purchase one here by clicking on the Warranty of your choice.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
